Job summary

The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is seeking an Information Systems Applications Analyst 2 to support the Metro Legislative Management System and related tools. Responsibilities include administering MLM, Legistar, VoteCast, InSite, Live Manager, and associated audio-visual components for Council Chambers and committee rooms.

The role requires coordinating meetings, collaborating with ITS teams, enhancing security and processes, and ensuring disaster recovery planning

Qualifications

Granicus Applications Administration experience.
Information technology software and hardware support.
Communicate customer needs, problems and issues clearly.
Innovative problem solving and process improvement.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Perform systems administration, business analysis, testing and support for MLM and related tools.
Attend Metro Council Meetings and support remote viewing of Committee Meetings.
Prepare requirements for changes to IT functionality and new features.
Develop relationships with ITS customers and staff to meet needs.
Coordinate with hosting vendors and ITS teams to ensure standards and policies.
