Job summary

Ogletree Deakins seeks an Applications Analyst to support enterprise business systems, including document management, financials, and CRM. You will install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot, with a focus on SQL scripts and cloud migrations as needed.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, train staff, write documentation, and may serve as project manager for related initiatives. Strong communication and vendor management are required; prior iManage experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience with cloud-hosted enterprise applications and Windows Server.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments and SSMS experience.
• ITIL certification is a plus and relevant degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and maintain enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and determine root causes.
• Train new IT staff and write technical documentation.
• Define application support standards and processes; support cloud migration.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for upgrades and problem resolution.
• Perform data analysis and data integration tasks.
