We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our dynamic IT team at University Health. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, project management, and guidance in the implementation and operation of complex computer systems used across our financial, clinical, and administrative departments. Your primary focus will be to ensure the seamless functioning of our IT infrastructure, support system development projects, and facilitate efficient data management processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, data processing, mathematics, business, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. A minimum of six years of programming and system analysis experience is required, demonstrating a proven track record of managing complex IT projects. Proficiency in at least one programming language and data management methodology on multiple computer platforms used at University Health is essential. Candidates should have working knowledge of SQL, .NET, VB, C#, and experience with MS SQL Server, Management Studio, SSIS, SSRS, and MS Office. Familiarity with Windows operating systems is also required. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are vital for success in this role.
