University of Utah Health is seeking an Applications Systems Analyst II/III to support clinical applications and interface between hospital systems. Local or relocation is required due to a hybrid work arrangement.
The role emphasizes Epic OpTime/EMR experience from IT or clinical backgrounds, with a focus on system builds, testing, and documentation. Collaboration across departments is essential in this patient-focused health system.
This position is open to hiring a level II or III.
Top candidates for consideration will have Epic OpTime and/or EMR systems experience from either an IT/Systems Analyst role, or from a Clinical science role (i.e. RN, PA level clinical roles).
Hybrid position, so need to be local or willing to relocate here.

The Application Systems Analyst II is responsible for formulating and defining system scope and objectives through research and fact finding to develop and modify moderately complex information systems. The individual supports a variety of departmental clinical applications as well as interfacing between a broad spectrum of hospital systems. This position has no responsibility for providing care to patients.
