Job summary

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to facilitate recruitment, including interviews and candidate experience.
  • Conduct compensation analyses using internal equity and market data to support initiatives.
  • Assist employees with benefits programs and enrollments.
  • Coordinate unemployment claims and support workforce compliance.
  • Participate in HRIS, analytics, and workforce engagement projects.
  • Utilize HR data to identify trends and suggest process improvements.
  • Ensure policies align with federal, state, and organizational standards.
  • Perform additional duties to support HR objectives.

About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Analyst - Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will serve as a vital partner to organizational leaders and employees, offering professional HR consultation and operational support across various HR functions. Your primary focus will be on recruitment, compensation, employee benefits, workforce compliance, and strategic HR initiatives. You will utilize HRIS systems, data analytics, and reporting tools to identify trends, enhance operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, analytical abilities, and a thorough understanding of employment regulations and HR best practices.

This position involves working closely with multiple departments and stakeholders to deliver responsive, customer-focused HR solutions aligned with organizational goals. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies while fostering a positive employee experience. The Human Resources Analyst - Generalist will also participate in strategic projects aimed at improving workforce engagement, operational processes, and HR technology utilization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in Human Resources or a related area is required.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process, including identifying staffing needs, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct comprehensive compensation analyses by evaluating internal equity, market data, and salary recommendations to support organizational initiatives such as recruitment, retention, promotions, and transfers.
  • Assist employees with benefits programs, including health, retirement, and voluntary benefits, handling enrollments, qualifying life events, and addressing benefit-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate unemployment claims by responding to Texas Workforce Commission requests, preparing necessary documentation, monitoring claim activity, and supporting workforce compliance efforts.
  • Participate in strategic HR initiatives involving HRIS, workforce analytics, employee engagement, and operational excellence projects.
  • Utilize HR data and reporting tools to identify trends, recommend process improvements, and support informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Support compliance efforts by ensuring HR policies and procedures align with federal, state, and organizational standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the HR department’s overall objectives and operational needs.
