About The Role

The position at University Health is a vital role within our IT and systems management team, focusing on the development, implementation, and maintenance of critical computer systems used across our clinical, financial, and administrative operations. The successful candidate will serve as a technical expert, providing guidance on system analysis, project management, and technical support to ensure seamless operations. This role requires a proactive individual capable of organizing and executing complex system tasks, including programming and system analysis, in accordance with organizational policies and industry standards. The candidate will collaborate with various departments and IT teams to optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement new technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data processing, mathematics, business, or a related field. Candidates with equivalent work experience in lieu of formal education will also be considered. A minimum of six years of programming and system analysis experience is required, demonstrating a strong proficiency in at least one computer system language and data management methodology across multiple platforms utilized by University Health. Expertise in languages such as SQL, .NET, VB, and C# is essential. Additionally, candidates should have working knowledge of MS SQL Server (including Management Studio, SSIS, SSRS), MS Office, and Windows operating systems. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are critical for success in this role.
