Job summary

The Legislative Budget Board is seeking an Application Support Systems Analyst to provide technical and business support to staff and other state agencies. The role requires strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and reports to the Application Support Manager.

Responsibilities include supporting GAB production, assisting users, maintaining applications, creating user guidance, and delivering training while safeguarding system security.

Qualifications

• Graduation with a bachelor’s degree is required.
• Two+ years of full-time work experience in business application support is expected.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting applications and information systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely assistance in producing GABs and budget documents by applying standards.
• Support internal and external users in completing tasks within LBB applications and systems.
• Maintain and monitor existing applications; generate routine reports.
• Contribute to development and implementation of new applications and processes through testing and feedback.
• Develop user manuals, training materials, and other resources following standards.
• Lead or contribute to the delivery of business applications training.
