Job summary

Alpine Bank is seeking an Application Support Administrator to assist with installation, configuration, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications, hardware, and underlying operating systems. You will collaborate with users to define requirements and coordinate with vendors for upgrades.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and knowledge of banking compliance. Regular on-site work with occasional after-hours support and weekend updates is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification.
• Valid State of Colorado Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Supports installation, configuration, testing, monitoring and troubleshooting of applications, hardware and OS.
• Assists with application security: user setup, role privileges, and permissions.
• Performs release upgrades and patch installations for assigned systems.
• Assists with OS updates, patches and troubleshooting; coordinates with other teams as needed.
• Researches system requirements for upgrades and future releases.
• Provides input on future directions and platforms to meet organizational goals.
• Works with application owners to evaluate and prioritize new features and enhancements.
• Prepares and executes testing and data validation for new development and enhancements.
• Maintains and supports interfaces to other applications.
