Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking an Application Support Level 3 in Blue Ash, OH to partner with cross-functional teams for rapid issue resolution and SLA management. You will support and maintain enterprise infrastructure and applications, including on-site assistance for go-lives, pilots, and rollouts.

You will test changes, prioritize enhancements, and monitor performance to prevent interruptions. The role requires communication skills and a willingness to learn PCI-DSS and participate in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Exposure to POS systems in enterprise environments is helpful; some experience with Java is preferred, Go is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), scripting (Shell, PowerShell, or Python), or ITSM/monitoring tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Splunk, Grafana) is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to translate technical information for business users.
• Willingness to learn payment card security standards (PCI-DSS) and participate in a scheduled on-call rotation for 24x7 support.
