Job summary

Oxford Risk Management Group is seeking an Application Support Specialist to maintain performance across underwriting, claims, risk management, and captive insurance operations. You will troubleshoot integrations, validate data with SQL, and support end users including policy administration teams.

The role requires 2–4 years in application support and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Knowledge of insurance platforms and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in application support, systems support, or integrations.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data validation principles.
• Experience supporting policy administration, claims, risk management, or insurance-related platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in Commercial Lines, Property & Casualty, or Captive Insurance environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot integrations, APIs, data feeds, and business applications across underwriting, claims, CRM, and captive insurance platforms.
• Monitor system performance, data quality, and scheduled processes to ensure accurate and reliable operations.
• Write SQL queries and reports to validate data, investigate issues, and support business needs.
• Assist with application administration, user access, configuration updates, and documentation.
• Partner with business and technology teams to resolve issues and improve system efficiency.
