Ategrity Specialty Insurance Company is seeking an Application Support Specialist to join the IT Support team. This mid-level, customer-facing role focuses on resolving production issues, provisioning users, and supporting testing and releases of new features.

Remote work is possible with reporting to the IT Support Manager. Ideal candidates have Insurance Operations experience (P&C, E&S/Specialty a plus), excellent communication, and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Insurance Operations - Property and Casualty Commercial Lines; Excess & Surplus / Specialty lines experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Previous experience working fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Assess and resolve production support issues across key platforms.
• Prioritize and manage production support and user provisioning requests.
• Provide subject matter expertise for Insurance Operations (Property & Casualty).
• Assist in planning and executing testing and release of new features.
• Support onboarding and training for end users.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth production deployments.
• Contribute to cross-training across multiple platforms.
