Job summary

MPower Plus is seeking an experienced Production Support professional in Sunnyvale, CA, to provide expert application and cloud-based support. The role requires 7+ years of hands-on experience in production support, with strong AWS knowledge and incident management capabilities, including ITIL-aligned processes.

You will handle critical incidents, perform RCA, and support deployments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in application/production support.
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud services and cloud-based application support.
• Experience handling critical production incidents and major incident management.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Expertise in AWS services: EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, RDS, Lambda, VPC, Auto Scaling, ELB, Route 53, CloudFormation, ECS/EKS.
• Expertise in Application Support - Production Support (L2/L3), Incident, Problem, and Change Management, SLA & KPI Management, RCA, Performance Tuning, Monitoring, Release & Deployment Support.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support and incident management with RCA.
• Monitor and tune performance; manage releases and deployments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet SLAs and KPI targets.
