Job summary

Appathon.Ai in the United States seeks an experienced Application Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 production support for automotive manufacturing, plant operations, production, quality, and supply chain systems.

You'll work with MES, ERP, SAP and related applications, troubleshoot incidents, deploy updates, monitor performance, and collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure uptime and reliability.

Qualifications

• L2/L3 Production support for enterprise applications.
• Experience with MES, ERP, SAP & manufacturing apps.
• Strong SQL skills across Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix/Windows Server environments.
• Experience with REST APIs & web services.
• Ability to monitor applications and analyze logs.
• Familiarity with Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics.
• Scripting in Python/PowerShell/Bash.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for automotive manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes.
• Deploy updates and validate post-deployment reliability.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and plant operations to maintain uptime.
