Your Superpowers (What You'll Bring to the Table):

• Proven experience (3+ years) as an Application Support Engineer, specifically within the banking or financial services industry.
• Deep understanding of core banking applications and related systems (e.g., payment processing, loan origination, online banking).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a knack for quickly identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with log analysis tools and monitoring systems (e.g., Splunk, ELK stack, Prometheus).
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.

Requirements

• Provide timely and effective technical support for our core banking applications.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
• Monitor application performance and identify potential issues before they impact users.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement solutions and improvements.
• Document support procedures and create knowledge base articles.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support.
• Manage and resolve tickets according to SLA.
• Support API integrations and resolve any API related issues.
