Job summary

Siri InfoSolutions Inc. is seeking an Application Support Engineer in Jacksonville, FL onsite for a full-time role.

You will provide L2 production support for critical applications, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure service reliability. The ideal candidate will have strong Oracle database skills, Unix/Linux experience, and hands-on familiarity with GCP and monitoring/automation tools.

Qualifications

• Unix/Linux experience required.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incidents, Problems, Changes).
• Experience with monitoring/automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Production Support for critical applications, including incident management and SLA adherence.
• L2 support for production issues and coordination with DevOps/engineering teams.
• Apply ITIL practices and monitor system health using relevant tools.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Production Support, PL-SQL, Unix, ITIL (Incident Management, Service Request, Problem Management, Change Management, Continual Service Improvement), GCP.


• Knowledge of any monitoring tools good to have, Understanding of DevOps/automation good to have


• Associate is expected to provide L2 support for critical investment banking applications
