Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production and incident support for critical banking applications.
• Handle PL-SQL scripting and Unix-based troubleshooting.
• Manage incidents and changes following ITIL processes.
• Monitor with Grafana/Splunk and automate tasks using DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with DevOps to improve monitoring and automation.
