Bain Capital is seeking an Application Support Technician in Boston to assist in supporting a broad portfolio of applications across business units. The role involves triaging issues, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and documenting incidents and procedures to improve resilience.
You will engage in data inquiries, basic reporting, and process improvements, with an emphasis on adherence to documented workflows and strong problem-solving in a Windows environment.

This position will be working for the firm’s Application Support Technology team and will provide support across business units. The person will assist in supporting a broad variety of applications, including client server and cloud based. The person will triage support issues and data inquiries and elevate to internal teams as needed. This position will also include producing documentation for known issues, onboarding support procedures for new applications, and working on firm-wide initiatives pertaining to the supported applications and related technology.
Expected Hourly Rate of Pay $25.00 – 27.00
Actual hourly rate of pay will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience and and qualifications and geographic location.
