Bain Capital is seeking an Analyst/Associate to build internal tools and improve workflows within Investor Relations. You will sit with the IR Analyst team and work on full-stack apps, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows for coverage, fund reporting, and capital formation.
You will combine data management, LP research, and day-to-day support, translating requests into tested tool improvements while maintaining data quality and collaborating with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will sit within the IR Analyst team and work closely with the broader team. The role combines hands‑on software development, data management, LP research, and day‑to‑day support for IR. The candidate will help build and maintain internal web applications, dashboards, and AI‑assisted workflows used for investor coverage, fund reporting, and capital formation.
Four‑year college degree with a strong academic record; field of study is flexible, and demonstrated work matters more than a specific major
Expected Annual Base Salary $75,000 - $100,000 Actual base salary will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience and qualifications and geographic location.
In addition to a competitive base salary, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based upon factors such as individual impact, team and firm performance.
