Responsibilities

  • Reconciliation of collateral and maintaining appropriate collateral levels with counterparties.
  • Maintenance of collateral and counterparty data in relevant systems.
  • Prepare wire transfers and submit for approval.
  • Assisting with requests from audit partners.
  • Trade booking and reconciliation maintenance when needed.
  • Delivery of monthly reporting to trade counterparties.
  • Process invoices into a proprietary expense allocation system and prepare for payment.
  • Assistance with preparation of quarterly expense reimbursements.

Job Responsibilities

The Treasury Co - op will assist the team with all or some of the following:

  • Reconciliation of collateral and maintaining appropriate collateral levels with counterparties.
  • Maintenance of collateral and counterparty data in relevant systems.
  • Prepare wire transfers and submit for approval.
  • Assisting with requests from our audit partners.
  • Trade booking and reconciliation maintenance when needed
  • Delivery of monthly reporting to trade counterparties
  • Process invoices into a proprietary expense allocation system and prepare for payment.
  • Assistance with preparation of quarterly expense reimbursements.

Compensation

Expected Hourly Rate of Pay $24.00 – $26.00 Actual hourly rate of pay will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
