Job summary

Business Centric Technology is seeking an Application Support Analyst to stabilize critical retail and distribution systems in Irving, TX. You will own production issues, work with Salesforce, Sterling OMS, and Boomi, and partner with business teams to deliver practical, user-focused solutions.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on support experience, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on application or production support experience.
• Experience supporting retail, distribution, ERP, and/or supply chain systems.
• Strong troubleshooting with a structured, analytical approach.
• Experience working with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production support for core business applications, including Salesforce, Sterling OMS, BY WMS, Boomi, and related systems.
• Own and manage production support tickets, investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with a focus on user experience.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand issues and deliver practical solutions.
• Collaborate with a global team (onshore + offshore) to track, prioritize, and resolve incidents.
• Ensure all tickets meet SLA commitments and maintain high-quality documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis and identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 3 support when needed and follow through to resolution.
• Contribute ideas to improve workflows and system reliability.
