Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with reports and dashboards supporting operational decisions.
• Train users on transportation management systems and internal tools.
• Document processes, issues, and resolutions in knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with product and engineering on bug reproduction and improvements.
• Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
