Job summary

Carpoollogistics in Atlanta is seeking a motivated student at junior or senior level to join our IT support team. You will assist with Level 1 support for employees, customers, and carriers, and collaborate with operations, product, and engineering to resolve issues.

You'll document problems, help improve internal tools, and contribute to reports and dashboards that support decisions. Excellent communication and initiative are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing junior or senior degree in CS, IS, or related field.
• Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, web applications, or similar concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an investigative approach.
• Clear communication skills and comfort with end-user interaction.
• Ability to manage work independently and recognize escalation needs.
• Nice to have PHP, Laravel, or technical support background.

Responsibilities

The Role

Support the internal tools and applications powering our vehicle logistics business. You'll work with operations, product, and engineering teams to investigate user issues, manage support tickets, and improve internal documentation.
