Responsibilities

• Tier 1 support and resolution for applications including TMS, brokerage apps, Power BI, EDI, and API processing.
• Reproduce and diagnose issues, trace through data and logs, and fix what can be fixed.
• Document fixes and write test plans; escalate with context when needed.
