Job summary

Carpool in Atlanta is seeking a dedicated Logistics Manager to serve as the primary liaison between Carpool and OEM partners, overseeing finished vehicle transportation execution while maintaining OEM standards for quality, timing, compliance, and communication.

You will collaborate across operations, technology, carrier relations, and sales; mentor team members as the segment expands, and ensure seamless shipment data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years finished vehicle logistics experience with OEMs or logistics providers.
• Strong knowledge of OEM requirements.
• Onsite in Atlanta with travel as needed.
• Transportation management system expertise.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for OEM supply chain stakeholders.
• Oversee vehicle transportation from plants, ports, railheads, and service centers to dealerships.
• Monitor daily activity for compliance with OEM requirements.
• Track carrier performance and resolve service failures.
• Analyze shipment data and KPIs to identify inefficiencies.
• Support API integrations and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate across operations, technology, carrier relations, and sales.
• Mentor team members as the segment expands.
