Job summary

Ultipro in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking an experienced IT Applications Analyst to plan, analyze, and administer complex enterprise applications, including system administration, user provisioning, incident response, and release management.

You will work with business lines, technical teams and vendors to translate requirements into robust software solutions, develop project plans, support migrations, tune performance, and provide user training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent related work experience.
• 5-8 years of IT experience, including requirements gathering and writing specs.
• Experience with enterprise ITSM platforms (BMC, ServiceNow) and real estate apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide applications system implementation, management and support.
• Coordinate analysis of business problems and automated solutions.
• Develop project plans and coordinate activities for applications.
• Monitor and tune enterprise applications; manage migrations and upgrades.
• Assist user groups with questions and training; document solutions.
