The role acts as a primary contact between branch offices and the Home Office, handling account servicing, maintenance, updates, and issue resolution to ensure an exceptional advisor experience. The position supports Asset Management Services (AMS) with diverse responsibilities and a hybrid work arrangement—2–3 days per week at the Saint Petersburg office.

Qualifications

• Experience in general office concepts and financial services operations.
• Ability to research and resolve complex business issues and maintain records.
• Effective written and oral communication with internal and external contacts at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist with account servicing, maintenance, updates, and problem resolution to ensure an exceptional advisor experience.
• Perform fee-based account procedures and respond to inquiries regarding fee-based accounts.
• Prepare letters, memos, and various documents; monitor mail and documents.
• Provide training to other team members and assist in special projects.
