• Collaborate with project and development teams to minimise production impact.
• Define work breakdown structures, KPIs and success criteria for operational projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and coach in CI/CD events.
• Develop cross-training sessions to ensure 24/7 capabilities.
• Manage CD capabilities using deployment tools within the stack.
