Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced IAM/SIEM/SOAR production support professional to deliver end-to-end security and infrastructure services. The role focuses on incident response, root cause analysis, and collaboration with IAM, DevOps, and platform teams to ensure continuity and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in production support, strong Linux skills, and hands-on experience with Splunk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production support experience with expert level knowledge of MFA technologies, Splunk.
• 5 C’s of cyber security - Change, Compliance, Cost, Continuity and Coverage.
• SIEM/SOAR expertise to strengthen cyber resilience and translate Splunk skills into impact.
• Experience with Identity, Authentication and Access Management (IAM) and DevOps/SRE space.
• Strong Linux experience and SIEM/SOAR space knowledge; ITIL familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, incident response, and triage to meet SLAs.
• Identify root cause and coordinate permanent fixes with teams.
• Support and improve security operations and threat detection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IAM, DevOps, and platform services.
• Document issues, resolutions, and playbooks for future incidents.
