Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field with lab experience.
• Experience with dynamic signal measurement (lock-in, impedance spectroscopy, waveform generation).
• Proficient in Python for instrument control and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert application support to customers across the US working with Zurich Instruments’ T&M instruments (lock-in amplifiers, impedance analyzers, AWGs).
• Conduct onsite system integration, demos, and training at customer laboratories.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support sales growth and customer retention.
• Represent Zurich Instruments at trade shows, conferences, and academic events across the US.
• Collaborate with the global sales and product teams to relay customer feedback and application insights.
• Produce technical content including application notes, presentations, product documentation, and demo videos.
• Actively develop your commercial skills in a role that blends deep technical work with customer-facing impact.
