Responsibilities
  • Providing technical and sales support for all aspects of the business, including paper & pulp manufacturing.
  • Conducting on-site reports and shutdown inspections to ensure the smooth running of paper mills.
  • Working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify potential opportunities and develop innovative strategies to increase product sales.
  • Providing maintenance support and troubleshooting services for customers.
  • Training customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and advancements in paper and pulp manufacturing technology.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the paper & pulp or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience with on-site reports, shutdown inspections, paper mills, and maintenance.
  • Strong sales support skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of paper & pulp manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • A degree in Engineering, or a related field, is preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed to customer sites and industry events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software.
  • A strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
