Job summary

Highway is seeking an Application Operations Assistant Manager, Identity Solutions in Dallas for an onsite role. You will monitor the onboarding flow, oversee carrier identity verification and user authentication, and act as the escalation point to ensure security and timely support for carriers.

You will manage the Carrier Support team, maintain application uptime, implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the Operations team to keep the platform reliable while handling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration preferred.
• Familiarity with ActiveAdmin for Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with SQL and/or Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor onboarding flow and act as escalation point to ensure security and optimal functioning of the application.
• Oversee carrier identity verification and user authentication to prevent fraud.
• Direct the Carrier Support team handling high volumes of tickets and calls, reviewing response times.
• Maintain the service of Highway's application to minimize downtime and ensure timely onboarding.
• Provide updates to address system bugs and ensure accurate operation of the application.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide user-specific solutions.
• Demonstrate responsiveness and manage multiple priorities at once.
• Collaborate with the Highway team to serve customers effectively.

FreightbrokersputanincredibleamountoftrustinHighwayandthattrustwillbeextendedtoyou.Theyexpectasecureprocessandtimelysupportfortheircarrierscompletingtheprocess.ThisroleisresponsibleforensuringHighway’soperationalprocessesandapplicationareoptimizedatalltimestoensurethatonboardsoccurinatimelymannerandinasecurefashion.Yourresponsibilitiesaretomonitortheonboardingprocessandanalyzeandaddressescalatedissuesofoperationalefficiencywithintheapplication.

Yourrole:

• MonitorsHighway’sonboardingflowandservesasanescalationpointforanyissueswithintheprocesstoensuresecurityandoptimalfunctioningoftheapplication.
• ResponsibleforoverseeingcarrieridentityverificationanduserauthenticationandauthoritytoensuresecureimplementationofHighway’sIdentityEngineandtopreventincidentsoffraud.
• GivesoversightanddirectiontotheCarriersupportteamthatmanagesahighvolumeofsupportticketsandincomingphonecalls,reviewsresponsetimesbyagentsandworkscloselywiththeOperationsTeaminhandlingescalatedcasesthatrequireadditionaloversightandreview.

• Makesandsuggestsupdatestotheapplicationasrequiredtoaddresssystembugsandissuesandtoensuretheaccurateoperationoftheapplication.
