Highway is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer in Dallas to lead implementation and integration of Highway's products for freight brokers. You will participate in demonstrations, ensure customer readiness and product activation to drive adoption.

You will implement, integrate APIs, track go-live dates, own configuration and troubleshooting, and assist the Sales team with technical demos and inquiries via meetings and email.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to meet implementation deadlines, manage customer expectations and deliver on timelines.
• Highly organized with a technical aptitude for software integrations and implementations.
• Working closely with internal/external dev resources.
• Ability to read and interpret code is highly desired.
• SQL is highly preferred.
• Understand how to problem-solve, workaround customer requirements and find solutions.
• Works with a sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Excellent with client engagement and understanding of customer needs and technical requirements.
• Familiarity with technical systems administration and database management is highly preferred.
• This position is in-office in Dallas, TX.
