Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited University or Equivalent Experience.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of leadership or team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to branches to perform joint sales calls with the application team.
• Monitor partner certification requirements and ensure quarterly compliance.
• Develop plans to onboard team members after organizational changes.
• Define tracking and reporting for utilization on application engineering sales calls.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive SIPEC initiatives across the organization.
• Create white papers and produce technical videos for core products.
