Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Technical Service professional for its Adhesive Technologies unit in the United States. You will provide product recommendations, conduct trials, and train customers while troubleshooting issues.

Qualifications

BS Chemistry or Chemical Engineering required or preferred.
1-5+ years of technical service experience/product development.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel domestically in the US (30-40%).
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Strong project management experience.
Ability to multi-task in lab and manufacturing settings.

Responsibilities

Provide product recommendations, customized solutions, new product trials, training and troubleshooting for customers.
Conduct technical visits (meetings, audits, demos, troubleshooting) with documentation in CRM and LIM systems.
Collaborate with applications equipment to optimize can-making related processes.
Leverage customer feedback to drive service optimization and identify sales opportunities.
Report quality issues and customer claims to relevant parts of the organization.
Enhance customer experience via optimized automated and remote interactions.
