Responsabilités

• Provide expert technical support to customers for servers, workstations, and PC peripherals via multiple channels
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues with precision
• Collaborate with sales team to provide technical insights and support
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations during on-site visits with the sales team
• Maintain expertise on new and existing product lines and coordinate with Product Management on quality issues
