Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, CS, CE or EE required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in Compute/Storage Server or data center IT.
• Strong background in x86-based server architecture and hardware diagnostics.
• Experience with firmware and OS interactions; virtualization a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, leads and mentors a team of FAEs to support revenue growth at accounts.
• Architects solutions and presents to expand Fortune1000 account penetration and loyalty.
• Collaborates with sales and extended teams to map customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Provides technical leadership in Pre-Sales and oversees implementations.
• Engages with C-level technical customers to build trust and credibility.
• Solves complex hardware/software integration problems and system issues.
• Manages hardware and software engineers during product development.
• Leads investigations and resolutions across teams in the field.
• Understands firmware, drivers, OS, applications and their interactions.
• Develops and reviews system solutions, bids and presentations.
• Works cross-department to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
• Builds and demonstrates proofs-of-concept meeting customer needs.
• Represents corporate brand and product messaging to customers.
• Visits on-site facilities for integration and issue resolution.
• Some travel required up to 25%.
