Job summary

Kensington360 is seeking an Applications Engineer – CNC Machine Tools to support customers across North America. You will combine machining expertise with customer interaction, assisting in process development, machine demonstrations, installations and technical solutions for aerospace, energy, transportation and advanced manufacturing sectors.

Key responsibilities include developing machining processes, pre- and post-sales support, installations, demonstrations, training and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CNC machining or related technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes.
• Experience with multi-axis machining (5-axis preferred).
• Siemens NX experience desirable.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

We're recruiting on behalf of a global leader in high-precision CNC machine tool technology, supporting customers across the aerospace, energy, transportation and advanced manufacturing sectors.

As an Applications Engineer, you'll combine your machining expertise with customer interaction, supporting process development, machine demonstrations, installations and technical solutions across North America.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' experience in CNC machining, Applications Engineering or a related technical role
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes
• Experience with multi-axis machining (5-axis preferred)
• Siemens NX experience is highly desirable
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
