- Develop and present contents of scheduled programming classes to both internal and external customers.
- Support training and/or coaching of internal and external customers in relation to advanced manufacturing concepts and full product lines.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work closely with the engineering team to provide feedback for continuous product improvement.
Profile
- A strong technical background in CNC machinery and related applications.
- Experience in troubleshooting and problem‑solving within engineering and manufacturing environments.
- 4+ years of experience in CNC or machine tool design
- Experience with at least one CNC process (milling, turning, routing, plasma, waterjet, or laser)
- Proficiency in G-code and CAD/CAM software (e.g., Fusion)
- Experience with PLC programming and or motion control (preferred)
