Perform complex application development, testing, and validation activities, ensuring products meet performance requirements and project objectives. Support new product development initiatives by designing and executing tests, analyzing results, and documenting findings. Build and maintain application test setups, including mechanical assembly, plumbing, and modification of equipment as required for testing. Troubleshoot application, analyzer, and equipment issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective technical solutions and process improvements. Provide technical guidance and support to laboratory technicians, manufacturing personnel, and field service engineers to ensure successful operation and issue resolution. Evaluate customer requirements by reviewing RFQs and sales orders, determining appropriate analytical hardware and application parameters, and maintaining accurate information within quotation and order management systems.
