About The Role

Jobrapido is seeking a highly skilled Microservices Application Developer to join our technology team. This role is pivotal in supporting our cloud-native application ecosystem, specifically tailored to serve our enterprise clients and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices and frontend applications within an AWS IL2 environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and security specialists, to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field. They should have extensive professional experience developing backend applications with Node.js and frontend applications using Angular. Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS is essential. Experience implementing micro frontend architecture patterns, RESTful API design, and deploying applications within secure AWS environments is required. Candidates should have a solid understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, ORM tools like TypeORM, and testing frameworks including Jest, Jasmine, or Mocha. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, and development tools such as Jira, Jenkins, or Bitbucket, is necessary. A strong grasp of Agile methodologies and secure coding practices is also important. Preferred qualifications include experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and cloud messaging services like SQS, SNS, or EventBridge. Knowledge of AI/ML integration and observability tools such as CloudWatch or Grafana will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-native applications based on micro frontend and microservices architectures. This includes building and enhancing frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript, integrating with backend microservices built with Node.js, and creating RESTful APIs to support enterprise functionalities. You will design frontend integration patterns to enable seamless user experiences across multiple applications and ensure robust communication between micro frontends. Developing solutions within AWS IL2 cloud environments, adhering to security best practices, and leveraging cloud-native services will be key components of your role. You will participate in technical design discussions, architecture planning, and requirements gathering, working directly with clients and stakeholders. Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, participating in peer reviews, and maintaining automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) are essential duties. You will support CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment processes, and contribute to Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery reviews. Troubleshooting and resolving application issues, security vulnerabilities, and performance bottlenecks across development and production environments will be ongoing responsibilities.
