Jobrapido is seeking a Senior/Lead AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions on Azure, focusing on GenAI, RAG, and guardrails to enhance our global job search platform. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure secure, scalable cloud infrastructure, and mentor engineers while delivering Agentic AI capabilities with MCP integration across services.

• Proven architect-level Azure cloud solutions in client-facing roles.
• Deep understanding of GenAI patterns like RAG, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, including Skills and MCP.

• Security-focused cloud engineering including IAM and data access controls.
• Leadership, communication, and ability to mentor teams.
• Minimum 5 years in AI development or cloud architecture.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead AI Engineer with expertise in Agentic AI, Azure cloud services, and MLOps to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions that enhance our platform's capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, secure, and efficient AI systems that support our mission to improve job search experiences for millions of users worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud engineering, AI security, and leadership, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with architect-level Azure cloud solutions in client-facing roles.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI patterns such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, including Skills and Multi-Chain Processing (MCP).
• Strong proficiency with core Azure services and Databricks platform.
• Expertise in cloud engineering aspects, including networking, security, DevOps practices, and system monitoring.
• Knowledge of AI application security and governance, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), data access controls, and auditability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and motivate technical teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI development, cloud architecture, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively to maintain seamless AI operations.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, cloud computing, and MLOps to incorporate best practices into projects.
