Jobrapido seeks an experienced AI Application Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered applications for its US Innovation Team. You will act as the technical authority for AI initiatives, architecting enterprise ML systems and autonomous agent frameworks while collaborating with legal, product, and IT teams.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years in software or AI development, with 2+ years in lead/architect role.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain or Semantic Kernel).
• Proven ability to build RAG apps with vector DBs (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Hands-on with MCP, DevOps, Git and working in legal/professional services.
• Certifications in AI, Azure, or Power Platform are a plus.

About The Role

Jobrapido is seeking an experienced AI Application Developer to join its US Innovation Team. This pivotal role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions that will transform how the company operates and serves its users. As an AI Application Developer, you will serve as the technical authority on all AI-related initiatives, from architecting enterprise-grade machine learning systems to developing intelligent agents that streamline workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, product, and IT, to translate complex operational and business needs into scalable, secure, and innovative AI solutions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess over five years of experience in software or AI development, with at least two years in a technical lead or architect role. Proficiency with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel is essential. Demonstrated experience building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) applications, including vector database integration (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate), is required. Candidates should have hands-on expertise with Azure AI Foundry services, including Azure OpenAI Service, AI Studio, and Azure Machine Learning. Strong skills in Microsoft Power Platform—Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI Builder—are necessary, along with proficiency in SQL, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Familiarity with MCP or similar agent communication protocols, DevOps practices, version control systems like Git, and experience working in a legal or professional services environment will be highly valued. Certifications in AI, Azure, or Power Platform are preferred, as well as knowledge of legal document management systems and enterprise knowledge platforms.

Responsibilities

As an AI Application Developer at Jobrapido, your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end development of AI-powered applications, such as integrating large language models, building retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and developing autonomous agent frameworks. You will design and implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations to facilitate interoperability between AI agents and firm systems, ensuring solutions are aligned with security, compliance, and scalability standards on Azure AI Foundry. Developing and maintaining AI workflows using Microsoft Power Platform tools will extend AI capabilities to non-technical users across the organization. You will optimize SQL-based data layers to support AI applications, reporting and analytics pipelines. Establishing coding standards, code review processes, and documentation practices will be key to maintaining high quality development standards. You will define and implement DevOps pipelines for reliable deployment, monitoring, and rollback capabilities, while evaluating emerging AI frameworks and tools for adoption. Designing AI systems for firm-wide deployment involves considering multi-office use, role-based access control, data privacy, and performance at scale. Collaboration with IT, Risk and Compliance teams is essential to ensure all AI solutions meet regulatory and governance standards. You will create architecture decision records and technical roadmaps to guide long-term platform development, and lead technical onboarding and knowledge transfer for new team members and stakeholders. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will translate business needs into technical specifications, lead solution design sessions, and communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
