Jobrapido seeks a Lead AI Engineer / Agentic Commerce Lead to spearhead architecture, development, and deployment of customer-facing AI experiences on our platform. You will lead a team of engineers, design scalable AI-powered applications, and influence enterprise-wide AI capabilities.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, TypeScript, or C#.
• Hands-on experience developing AI, ML, or agent-based applications.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, cloud-native solutions, APIs, and systems integration.
• Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineering teams, and managing technical backlogs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the technical lead for customer-facing AI and agentic commerce initiatives, guiding the development of innovative AI solutions.
• Design, implement, and optimize scalable architectures for AI-powered applications and autonomous agent workflows.
• Write, review, and maintain high-quality production code, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
• Define and enforce engineering standards, code quality practices, and agent behavior expectations to maintain consistency and reliability.
• Lead technical decision-making across product development efforts, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
• Own project delivery from initial concept through deployment, ensuring timely and successful releases.
• Manage project backlogs, prioritize tasks, and track progress in a fast-moving environment, often without dedicated Product Owners or Scrum Masters.
• Automate operational and Agile processes to maximize engineering productivity and efficiency.
• Mentor and support a team of early-career software developers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to shape the future of AI-driven customer experiences and contribute to the strategic roadmap.
• Participate in a modern development environment that leverages AI coding assistants and agent-assisted software development tools.
