Jobrapido is seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Software Developer to join our Wealth Management Engineering team. You will lead the technical implementation of stories, deliver scalable SPAs and RESTful APIs, and partner across disciplines to improve data quality, observability, and transformation capabilities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent; 8+ years hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Strong RESTful API development with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
• Proficiency building SPAs with Angular, HTML, TypeScript, CSS.
• Practical experience with TDD: unit, integration, automation tests; performance tuning.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 for accessible web apps preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum; CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
• Experience with MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle databases.
• Cloud-native enterprise apps on PCF, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Software Developer to join our Wealth Management Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the technical implementation of stories, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to deliver scalable Single Page Applications (SPAs), RESTful APIs, and common frameworks that enhance data quality, observability, and transformation capabilities. Your expertise will contribute to building robust, high-performance services that support our data-driven wealth management solutions. You will serve as a key technical partner within the scrum team, championing best practices in software development, testing, and deployment. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a BA/BS degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field, along with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on full-stack software development experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong expertise in developing RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate, coupled with a solid understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns. Proficiency in building single-page applications with Angular, HTML, TypeScript, and CSS is essential. Candidates should have practical experience applying TDD practices, including unit, integration, and automation testing, as well as skills in application performance tuning and responsive web design. Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 guidelines for accessible web applications is preferred. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience with continuous integration and delivery tools such as GitHub and GitActions are required. Additionally, candidates should have experience working with relational databases like MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle, and an understanding of cloud-native enterprise applications deployed in environments such as PCF, AWS, GCP, or Azure. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders are also vital.

Responsibilities

As a Full-Stack Software Developer, your responsibilities will include leading the development and implementation of software stories, ensuring adherence to best practices, and collaborating with partners to deliver high-quality solutions. You will design, develop, test, and support scalable SPAs, RESTful APIs, and reusable frameworks used across Wealth Management applications. You will actively participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, and ensure timely delivery of features. Your role will involve proactively identifying and troubleshooting issues in production environments, providing clear communication during outages, and implementing remediation strategies. You will also work closely with development teams to ensure support strategies are aligned with production standards, and you will contribute to maintaining comprehensive documentation on support activities and system updates. Additionally, you will stay current with emerging technologies, recommend innovative solutions, and contribute to building nonfunctional frameworks or libraries that enhance system capabilities.
