Are you an experienced Program Manager with a desire to excel? If so, then TALENT Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to work at their company in Redmond, WA.

Position Summary: The main function of this role is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in fields such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, product roll-out, or any other non-IT based project.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Coordinate projects by making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• 4 years of experience required.
• 4 overall years of experience in the field.
• BA in Business Administration or a related field (finance, accounting, analytics) is required to be eligible for this role, or PMI or PMP preferred.
• Career-oriented person is preferred.
• Data-oriented mindset/Analytics.
• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines and relationship building.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Data Analytics/mining.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Executive presence/articulation.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with people management.

Preferred:

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.
