The position demands a Bachelor's in CS or related field, 5+ years in software development, and strong skills in RPG, Java, SQL, Angular, and APIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years of experience in database technologies.
- 5 years of SDLC project experience.
- 3 years of systems analysis experience.
- Proficiency in RPG, Java, SQL, Angular, and API design/implementation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide consultation on requirements and functional specs for software solutions.
- Review development or modification of enterprise-grade software.
- Split time between design/mentorship and hands-on code delivery.
- Develop and validate complex software designs adhering to architecture standards.
- Guide technical direction for integrated business software solutions.
