Job summary

Toyota North America is seeking an Application Delivery Lead for our Battery Plant in Liberty, NC. This role partners with Manufacturing and Quality to define requirements, oversee IT application modules, and drive MES implementations.

You will lead workshops, capture business needs, and translate them into clear user stories, collaborating with architects, developers, and testers to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience in manufacturing or quality domains.
• Ability to capture requirements and translate into functional specifications.
• Experience with MES/MOM systems (Siemens OpCenter preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with Manufacturing and Quality stakeholders to map workflows.
• Document business requirements and user stories for IT modules.
• Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure correct implementation.
• Support agile ceremonies and UAT testing.
• Maintain traceability and manage changes through the project lifecycle.
