Job summary

Toyota Manufacturing IT seeks an Application Delivery Lead to bridge Manufacturing and Quality Operations with IT. You will capture requirements, map processes, and drive functional specs for MES modules. You will work with developers, testers, and architects to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Based in Liberty, NC, you will engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and support UAT to deliver scalable, compliant quality operations. A strong BA background in manufacturing is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of business analysis, 3+ years in manufacturing or quality systems.
• Ability to capture requirements and understand application architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead business engagement with Manufacturing and Quality Operations stakeholders and SMEs to understand workflows.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions to capture current and future state workflows.
• Document detailed business requirements, use cases, and functional specs for MES/quality IT modules.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and solution architects to ensure requirements are understood.
