Job summary

Susquehanna International Group, LLP is seeking an experienced Support Analyst to join our team in Bala Cynwyd. The role focuses on supporting internally developed systems used by Trading and Operations, with strong SQL development skills to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.

You'll be the first line of defense, triaging tickets, monitoring production, and communicating clearly with end users. Hours are 10am–7pm to cover later business activity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an application/technical support role.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL development.
• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future.

• Leverage monitoring tools to proactively identify production issues, communicate their impact, and track resolution through to completion

• Build strong relationships with end users, setting clear expectations and providing transparent communication throughout the lifecycle of every issue
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems through automation and technology-driven solutions

About the Role

Susquehanna is growing, and we're looking for a Support Analyst with strong SQL development skills to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of technology and business operations — you'll be the first line of defense supporting internally developed systems that our Trading and Operations teams rely on every day.

You'll work alongside development and engineering teams, diving into data through queries and scripts to diagnose and resolve issues quickly. No prior knowledge of financial markets or securities is required — we're passionate about building that expertise together.

The normal hours for this position are 10am-7pm to provide coverage for later business activity.

What You'll Do
