Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in the development, support, or operation of software applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other common office productivity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Review system requirements and business processes; test, debug, and implement software solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans and perform software quality assurance activities.
• Provide ongoing support for software applications by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
• Train end users on software applications and develop end-user documentation.
• Run reports, update tables, and complete tasks associated with the ongoing operation of the software environment.
• Partner with hospital departments, vendors, and Information Systems teams to support application maintenance, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
• Lead and coordinate small-to-medium projects and participate in system implementations.
